StarTeam Visual Studio 11.0.0.47 Hotfix 4 is now available

The updated MSVS plugin is now available. This new build has the following fixes:

Change Request #	Description
59,026	Users no longer get an NPE when opening a project when DevPartner is installed.
59,233	Unloading more than one project and then reloading it now restores the associations to all projects.
