Unable to change status of the Change Requests
Some of the change requests are become read only and does not allow any changes to any StarTeam users.
There could be a number of reasons for this:
- The view has been rolled back to an earlier time
- The item could have been marked this way via a process rule
- The CR may have been locked
- The CR may have been synced in from another tool such
I hope this helps.
It may also be possible (if you are using a customized) Change request Workflow and/or Form (APE) that the step (status) the CR is now in has no 'further' step i.e. the Workflow has no natural progression ("Next Steps" tab in the Workflow Designer).
On a similar note, check the "Participants" tab for possible exclusion of users/groups from this 'step'
