I am adding users in the server, but they cannot login from client computers.
On the server computer, login works grea.
Administrator login on client computers also works.
Can you please supply the login error
I would imagine that either you need to assign a license to the user or the eval license has expired.
The administrator account does not consume a license so this is why this is probably working on the client machine.
As David requested, please provide us with the lgon error.
Also note that the licensing changed from StarTeam 14 to StarTeam 15.
You will need a new set of evaluation or purchased license keys.
Finally, I would strongly recommend that you open a support case with MicroFocus Customer Support.
As above, error message:
"Logon failure. Please verify user name and password and try again.(Passwords are case sensitive.)"

To clarify this licensing statement. The eval keys you were given will work for any server version but if you had permanent keys these would need to be renewed under your maintenance agreement.

As per my email, it looks like you are using the evaluation keys that are bundled with the trial installer.
I will work with you offline and get this issue resolved
