Vaulting

Using NSM 2.00.08 on NW65 SP7 servers.
We have hundreds of user directories accross our servers without an
associated eDir user. Over the years, the user object has been deleted, but
the file system directory was not.

Is there a way to make a polcy vault (move) user directories if there is no
eDir object for it?
