Test won't run. Cannot allocate users

We are trying to run some load tests, but the site won't get past the point were it allocates the users necessary to run the test. 

We tried using N. Virginia and Illinois.

We’re facing some issues currently with true client scripts only causing this error.
We will have a solution for that in the coming hours
