Dynamic dataset allocation using MFJSZ099 / SVC99

I am trying to use MFJSZ099 to create new PDS members dynamically through COBOL program. I know that the below link has a sample:

I have tried the same sample, but I am getting following error:

Execution error : file 'idas099' error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0 114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11) 10:34:36

Why I am getting this error when I am executing the same code. Any advise or help is appreciated.

Also is there a documentation of what else can be done with MFJSZ099? Can we allocate an existing dataset to open and read?

Can we create a new member in an existing PDS? do we have samples of such programs?
