Load the IMS Database - Not able to see the option "Database Utilities" to load

Hi

I'm using Micro focus eclipse. Whle configuring IMS Tutorial, I'm not able to see the option "Database Utilities" after right clicking DEMO03DD.DBD in Load the IMS Database in Cobol explorer.
