I'have this error on MFE, compiling cobol program (until yesterday everything worked):
Execution error : file 'C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\MICRO FOCUS\MAINFRAME EXPRESS\BASE\BIN\check.lbr\CHKERR.gnt'
error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0

IDEID1003S Non-zero return code from compiler
The Compiler has completed with a non-zero return code but there is either no message or the message is of a non-standard format.
You are most likely to see this error when an open fail error occurs. In this case you have tried to compile a file which no longer exists.
