Hello

You need to check on the following::

INFO: Terminal sever might be running in Remote administration mode or user doesn't have adequate pe rmission to change the mode. INFO: Product version queried PA[0.0.0],OA[0.0.0],XPL[0.0.0],PM[0.0.0],OM[0.0.0].
INFO: Installation configuration is written to the file C:/DOCUME~1/VALLF2~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/1/ovinsta llparams.ini
INFO: bIsPatch = FAILED
[UNCHECK] Check if Administrators group have default launch permissions. Cannot check this prerequisite.

Be suer that you have the right proviledges to install like if you were admin.

Re: Can't install an OM agent on Windows 2003

Hello FrankyVally,

Check the DCOM settings.  For some reason the user doing the installation it is not able to query DCOM. Run dcomcnfg and check the properties for "My Computer"

Antonio
