Java GUI is not reading Resource File

Hello,

We have recently enabled PKI and applied several patches to the OML server.  Now there is an issue, when new users are created it appears that the itooprc file is not accessed / read.  This is evident because the fields identified in the itooprc are not being displayed.

Configuration items:

  1. We have the itooprc file located in the /opt/OV/www/htdocs/ito_op directory
  2. The [opc] name space includes the following:

OPC_JGUI_GLOBAL_SETTINGS_UNIX=https://<server>:8444/ITO_OP/

OPC_JGUI_GLOBAL_SETTINGS_WIN=https://<server>:8444/ITO_OP/

[NONOV.TomcatB]

EnableHTTPS=True

EnableHTTP=True

HTTPPort=8081

HTTPSPort=8444

Thanks for your help.
