For the bits you will need for the installation...

You will need the 11.11 installation media available from the 'MyUpdates' section on the SSO.

For the 11.13 patches, you can download these from the patches section - http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/patches

Dependent on the OS, the patch numbers are as follows:

OAWIN_00031
OASOL_00031
OALIN_00031
OAHPUX_00031
OAAIX_00031

And for the Virtual Appliance, if you use it: OAVA_00002

Normally, we would not give out HF information unless you experience a specific issue, and these would need a case.

However, there is a patch warning against 11.13 as follows:

With 11.13 installed, and if in an opcmona policy, there is an auto action defined where the node name is empty and if the OPC_IP_ADDRESS is set, opcmsga will abort.

For example, if config settings policy "OVO Setting" is deployed to an agent from OMU/OML , OPC_IP_ADDRESS is set by default.

In this scenario if an opcmona policy has auto actions where the node name is empty, opcmsga will abort.

We have a HF prepared and ready for release at request.

However, you will need to raise a support case to obtain this HF as we do track who receives them in this way.

Raise a case via the SSO and request hot fix HF_OA_281113_QCCR1A169321_EAAGT, specifying the OS's you require it for.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
John
