[Support Tip] OMU Agent installation error "Unable to deploy 'OVO-Agent.xml' to node"

Trying to install OM agent 11.5 on windows 2003 and Linux 4.8 servers from the mgmt servers.

Trying to install the agent on either server OS release, the folloiwng error is shown:

ERROR:   (depl-81) Unable to deploy 'OVO-Agent.xml' to node
(depl-377) Bundle installation failed!
(depl-468) Selfpatch bundle 'patch ID: <bad>' could not be installed

There is an error in the current documentation about how to run the following command:

#ovdeploy –install –bundle <path_to_OVO-Agent.xml> –node <node name> –af <path_of_profile _file>\<profile_file_name> –1 –configure <profile_file_name>

"Install the HP Operations Agent on Platforms Supported with Limitation Remotely" section of Chapter 13 of OA 11.12 install guide needs correction ovdeploy command like below.

ovdeploy –install –bundle
<path_to_OVO-Agent.xml> –node <node name> –af <path_of_profile _file>\<profile_file_name> –1 "–configure <profile_file_name>"
Here -1 option is passed as 1st command line argument to the oasetup.sh on the remote node.

Please use the command:
ovdeploy -install -bundle <path_to_OVO-Agent.xml> -node <node name> -af <path_of_profile _file>\<profile_file_name> –1 "- configure <profile_file_name>"
