[Support Tip] OMU agent 11.13 buffering but does not show to wich Management Server


some Operations Manager for Unix (OMU) agents are buffering but the output from opcmsga -status or opcagt -status does not reveal for which server the agent is buffering.
The server is recently upgraded to 11.13.

It says its buffering but the output is empty.



This is documented in the following document:

QCCR1A160602: After you uninstall HP Operations agent 11.13, the queue files available with
version 11.13 are still present on the node. The HP Operations agent 11.11 will not work with the
queue files available with version 11.13.
Workaround: Run the command to restart agent processes: opcagt -cleanstart
