[Support Tip] opccsa still lists old Management Server after switching names

Two Management Servers switched names and one of them was decomissioned.

Now the old name still shows in the ovcs -list output of the new Management Server.

Pending requests listed via ovcs –status (and also get the same list via ovcm):

  REQUEST ID                           CORE ID                              HOST

  xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx blah1.com

  xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx blah2.com

  xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx blah3.com

  xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx blah4.com
