Encryption for Hadoop

ArcSight, Data Security

Zettaset BDEncrypt interfaces with ArcSight via the CEF connector to provide the ArcSight administrator with the ability to view and manage security events related to the encryption application activities. The Zettaset BDEncrypt application generates logs that are CEF-compliant, and are kept in a user configurable location on the Hadoop cluster nodes. The logs are automatically pushed to ArcSight. The ArcSight administrator is able to view and manage events from these sub-system components from a single interface and take appropriate action.
