Content Editor TeamWorks (Filr CE) tuning, best practice

It would be good if for TeamWorks and for Content Editor there was a "best practice guide" about how administrators can tune TeamWorks and Content Editor if it is needed. There are just few fine-tuning options according to currently available documentation.

Users have often noticed if they edit (eg: an .xlsx or xls spreadsheet) the file scrolling, table resizing is very slow. During use, the cpu load is not high and the memory is not running out.
