UFT 11.53 - WinTreeView recognized in Windows XP but not in Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,

 

We have an application with a tree structure that is recognized as WinTreeView by UFT 11.53 in Windows XP but only as WinObject in Windows 7. Same result after updating to UFT 12.0 in Windows 7. Any idea why the difference and how it can be fixed?

Tried the same with 12.01 and no chnage. The WinTreeView object is not recognized by UFT

I too have the same problem. I have recorded the script for clicking on a item in the wintreeview in a PuTTY window and played back successfully in XP, but the same script isn't working on WIN 7 64-bit machine.

Appreciate your help on this.
