Support the other languages for the Send Text option on Android 11

UFT Mobile has the following restriction for Android 11.

     Notes for Android 11:

  • The Send Text option is currently supported for English only.

It means our customer has no way to test Japanese for their developing apps on Android 11.

Because UFT Mobile has some Japanese input issues, so we asked them to use the option.

We'd like to know when it will be supported.

What patch does we need for getting "Send text" working, the Android 11 patch on our UFTM 3.40 P2 have just "Send Text limitation" for Android 11 devices and not even "English" works...
