Connecting Windows Phone - WP-start-hpmc.bat

I'm using HPE Mobile Phone 2.01 through a connector. I connected Android devices without problems.

This time I'm trying to connect a Windows Phone (8.1 update 2).

I've registered the phone (with the sdk that comes with Visual Studio 2015) and when I connected the phone to the PC the phone is recognized as a new storage unit.

When I connect the phone and execute WP-start-hpmc.bat (with admin priviledges) the phone appears in the Devices section but blurred and with state: disconnected.

As I execute the command WP-start-hpmc.bat the log indicates this:

Re: Connecting Windows Phone - WP-start-hpmc.bat

evgenyk: in order to make Windows Phone connection available with Mobile Center 2.01 I did the following:

- Create a VM with Windows 8.1.
- Run Windows Update.
- Install upgrade Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64.
- Install Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise with Tools for Windows Phone.
- Connect the phone. Check the Windows Phone Registration with aplicación Windows Phone Registration. Register the phone.
- Restart service IpOverUsbSvc if necessary.
- Install Mobile Center 2.01 Connector.
- Execute WP-start-hpmc with admin priviledges.

That did the trick: the Agent installs itself on the phone an Mobile Center shows the Windows Phone as "Available".

Now I have to check the automation with UFT, but that's offtopic.

Thanks
