ANNOYING Wack-a-mole debugging (UFT 15.0.2)
The debug menu in UFT 15.0.2 is constantly changing underneath the MOUSE POSITION while attempting to "single step" via the MOUSE.
The "SINGLE-STEP"-icon in the menu (it's position under the mouse) is temporarily replaced with the "AI"-icon while UFT is processing the STEP (but internally for UFT that processing LAGs behind the application UI) -- so it makes it HIGHLY PROBABLE that instead of CLICKING on the SINGLE-STEP-icon again for executing the NEXT STEP, that instead one ends up in the "AI"-wizard screen (again, and again, and again!)
PAINFULLY ANNOYING!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, as a workaround I can only suggest that you use the shortcut keys, F11 for step into and F10 for step over(the one you referred to as Single-Step icon).
Just to clarify, step over does not run only one step but will run the whole function if that step is a function call, that's probably causing the lag you mentioned.

Thank you all. A defect was created, those 2 icons, single-step and step-into, will be greyed out during the executing time.

FYI.
In both Chrome & IE -- the Document Preview -- for viewing attachments is broken.
The workaround is to click on DOWNLOAD instead...
For salt in the wound, rolling the dice, I'm adding another screen shot to this reply (maybe it only fails for larger ones, as in the screen shot of this original thread)
