Automating .net

I have UFT 12.5 and I'm trying to get a .net application to record / playback.

I have a drop down box that appears like

If I record selecting the drop down arrow, I get nothing

If I record selecting something from the drop down list, I get nothing

If I record tabbing out of the field, I get the following

SwfWindow("Cherwell Service Management").SwfEdit("SwfEdit").Type  micTab

If I use the .NET windows form spy I get the following

So it can be seen but how do I get that into my code to play back??

I have got it to play back using the following but that has limitations as noted in the comments

'Call Source - the following will select a Call Source based on the first letter of name only. Example: E = E-mail; P = Phone
'Problem S will only ever select Scheduler and not Self Service as second letter typed will be used as the first letter
SwfWindow("Cherwell Service Management").SwfEdit("CallSource").Type "E" 'This will get E-mail
