Autopass User and Password Reset

I have attached the reset data folder. It contains the new username and password to login the Autopass License Server. The credentials are the following:

• Username: admin
• Password: password

I have reset the data folder again, it could be some problem with the compression,

This time I have verified that the credentials were reset and as well, I was able to login Autopass,

hi , i copied and pasted the "data " folder but not working .

Do i need to do some changes in config.xml before pasting?

I'm not able to Login to AutoPass License Server , keeps on saying the credentials are wrong . I don't know how to resert these credentials. please help .

Hello,

This is the first time you`re connecting to server? Have you tried with user: admin pass: password and press Log in button ?
For reset you can use the forgot password option.

No. Autopass License Server was already installed to my machine , i uninstalled and re installed . but the credentials I need to use are not working . that's why i want to reset them
