HP UFT 12.00 - 12.02: License error!!!

We found current UFT concurrent license doesn’t work now. we would like to use these on VM. So could you please tell us how to resolve this issue ?

Just checked via cmd.exe, it seems that the servers are online

As per software support team there could be 2 possible reasons on this issue: 

  1.  is the service of Sentinel license server is down
  2.  is port 5093 is blocked

 Please let me know if you have suggestions in resolving this issue.

Chi, raise a ticket and have it routed to the firewall team. Investigation is needed if the port is blocked.

 

To check if the license server is up inside the citrix machine, launch the UFT's license manager to verify this. You can find it in the <UFT installer>\LicenseServer\utils. The executable file is WlmAdmin.exe. Once you launched this tool, Double click in the subnet server node. You should be able to see the license server there. If the license server does not show, it means the citrix machine is not connecting to the license server.
