HP UFT 14.0 stops responding during recording of any checkpoints for Oracle application

Hi there,

The above caption refers,

I am experiencing an issue where UFT stop responding while i am recording checkpoints for an oracle application.

There is a window pop up message:

"HP UFT has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, Window will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

This happens only during recording mode for checkpoints and the only way out is to close program.

Has any one experienced this or can profer solution(s) to resolve this issue.

I shall appreciate any quick response.

Please check the version if they are supported, also you can try to do a clean unistall and install again:
