How to identify shadow dom objects inside nested iframe from UFT 12.5x

I'm working on Salesforce service cloud application, where a new component has been added which (not SF standard but custom) which UFT is not able to identify properly. By properly i mean, i can record it but it's not letting me parametrize it as it becomes unidentifiable as soon as it's parameterized.

As of now i've tried capturing it with normal identification, using description.create, using xss/css but to no help. Low level recording is left to do (not sure if that will help on saving and resuing the same)

Kindly help as HPE has already said they as of now won't be able to support shadow dom objects on chrome .On IE it's supposed to work but capturing IFrame itself is challenging hence i'm not able to move ahead. Any idea/suggestion would be a great help !
