(LeanFT) Support Tip: Recording option is not working in leanft 32bit windows

Dear customer,

  If LeanFT is installed on windows 32bit, you may be aware of issue that when clicking on Test Recorder, there is nothing appearing so that you are unable to record anything. However, other features of leanft is working fine except for Recording feature.

  If you are checking LeanFT log, you will find below error:

This version of file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

  Also, reinstalllation is not helpful and there is below error in installation log:

MSI (s) (30:28) [16:13:41:199]: Error: cannot register 64 bit component {582CF1B7-835F-47A4-93FF-5505EBDB99FD} on 32 bit system. KeyPath:
1: {92D8ACE7-7D3A-41EC-9D59-CA1A41D34274} 2: {A6A6D76D-3A5A-497A-A33E-7F838C985486}

  The issue was with the launcher that was used to open the recorder which was built for 64bit Windows.  There is hotfix can be applied to both LeanFT14.01 and LeanFT14.02, please contact support engineer for the hotfix if necessary. The final solution will be included in next service pack after 14.02.
