License Server not connecting to port 5814
When attempting to connect to license server to use a concurrent license the error msg "License server is not available" is displayed.
1. there are avalibale licenses
2. correct address to license server
3. port is open (pinged)
4. IT staff verified port open
I am going in thru a Citrix connection and this has been done by other staff, but not from this specific application server. I have remote desktop into server and tried to install but got same error message.
IT staff does not have any ideas and asked that I open a ticket with HP.
I am 30 days into my 60 day temp seat license.
