Object does not support this operation-Chrome and Firefox browsers

Hi,

 

When I use the options like object spy, checkpoints does not work for Chrome and Firefox browsers and showing an error message as "Object does not support this operstion" while recording in an already opened browser. Is it any set up issue? Please help.

Would you please let us know the versions of UFT, Chrome and Firefox used?

Please review the browser specific limitations in your UFT help > UFT Add-ins Guide > Web Add-in > Web Add-in - Quick Reference > Reference > Troubleshooting and Limitations - Web Add-in 

What is the type of chckpoints you are using? Please check supported checkpoints for thedifferent technologies in your UFT help documentation > UFT User Guide > Appendix > GUI Checkpoints and Output Values Per Add-in > Supported Checkpoints.
