Object identification of SAPUI applications under Chrome and Firefox

Hi,

we are using UFT 14.52, Chrome 72.0.3626.121, Firefox 60.6.2esr and Internet Explorer 11.829.17134.0. Each browser have the required addin "Micro Focus Functional Testing Agent" activated. In UFT the following addins are activated:

  • .NET
  • SAP
    • SAP NWBC Desktop
    • SAPUI5
    • SAPWDJ
    • SAPWebExt
  • Web
  • WPF

Our scripts, that are recorded under IE and automate SAPUI applications, doesn't work on the Chrome and Firefox browsers. Under IE SAPUI objects are correctly identified (e.g. SAPButton, SAPEdit, SAPTable). When we spy on the objects of application under Chrome and Firefox the same objects are identified as Webelements, WebEdit or WebTable.

Do you have any ideas how to fix this problem?
