Problem with .Net add-in with QTP

Hi All, Can somebody guide me how to connect with the HP- QTP support centre. I didn't receive any reply here on HP forum too. I have tried almost everything to get .Net add-in to work with QTP, on my application. But with no success. It would be great help if somebody can provide me steps to connect with HP live support for QTP issues. I am working with QTP 10.0 Thanks, Parveen

Hi yadav,

goto http://support.openview.hp.com . Here, you can create a new support case by click on the tab Case Manager. But you must be registered before you can create a case. To register click on the little "Register" link and on the top of the page above.

You can log a case using above mentioned HP support portal.

 

You need to have SAID (Servive Agreement IDentifier) to log a case, as the support is only for customers for the products whicha are under active support.
