UFT 12.02 and Browser Under Test Not Visible when Test Launched Remotely through Telnet

We recently upgraded from QTP 11 to UFT12.02.  We do not have QC/ALM - just UFT. Our UFT scripts are launched through a VBscript.

Set objArgs = WScript.Arguments
Dim App 'As Application
Set App = CreateObject("QuickTest.Application")
App.Launch
App.Visible = True
App.Options.Run.CaptureForTestResults = "OnError"
App.Options.Run.RunMode = "Fast"
App.Options.Run.ViewResults = False
App.Open objArgs(1), True
App.test.Settings.Run.OnError = "NextStep"
Set qtResultsOpt = CreateObject("QuickTest.RunResultsOptions")
qtResultsOpt.ResultsLocation = objArgs(0)
App.test.run qtResultsOpt
App.test.Close
App.Quit
Set App = Nothing

If this script is run locally on the Windows 7 (32-bit) machine where UFT is installed, there is no issue.  However, if we telnet to this machine and run this script, UFT is launched, but is not visible.  What's more, the browser under test is not visible either.

Additional Info - we've installed patches 1 and 4 on UFT12.02 installation (UFT_0119 and UFT_00141)

This used to work without issue when we were using QTP  11.   I didn't even think it was possible for the browser under test to be hidden.  Any guidance on why this is happening and how to make execution visible would be appreciated!

Thank you!
