UFT 12.50- Enable 'click' method only on visible object

Hello everyone,

I've got a problem with UFT: I'd like, during a test, to allow the 'click' method only on objects which are visible on the screen (i'm perfoming a Mobile Test) and not to all which are present in the repository.
I wonder if there is a way to do that, from configurations or with coding.

Thank you for your attention.

Regards

Re: UFT 12.50- Enable 'click' method only on visible object

Hi Alessandro.

Hope you are having a great day.

Using UFT's Mobile Add-in, you can create and run tests on mobile applications on a variety of devices that run on Android or iOS. HP UFT connects to Mobile Center, accesses the mobile devices attached to it, interacts with the applications on those devices, and runs tests on the devices.

In this case we need to know the application under test or the technology used to develop the application/objects that you are trying to test.

One possible solution may use Insight UFT's technology-agnostic  this is solution for identifying controls (objects) in your application visually, as they appear on your screen, instead of via their properties or technology.

Using Insight enables UFT to capture images and run steps on controls that might otherwise be unavailable during a record and run session.

For more information about  UFT mobile center you may go to below link:

Hope you will find well this information.
