UFT 12 unable to perform any operation on "UltraWebMenu" provided by Infragistics.

We are using UFT 12.0 to automate an application which is developed in ASP.Net using framework 4.5 .This application has used a third paty MDI menu "UltraWebMenu" Control provided by Infragistics.Browser being used is IE 11 Full mode. On UI , Objects are displayed as WebElement which UFT is able to identify but UFT is not able to perform any operation (say click) on these webelements and nor throwing any error message during run time.

We also reached out to infragistics to look for any add ins which can resolve this issue and received below reply :

Unfortunately we do not provide any automated support for our ASP.NET controls. We only provide TestAutomation support for our WPF and WindowsForms controls. You can submit the request to our product manager via the http://ideas.infragistics.com/ as they regularly review this area for product ideas.

Could you please look into and suggest resolution for this .Do we have any add ins to resolve this ?

I have also attached snap shot highlighted in red on which UFT is unable to perform any operation.

Your help is much appreciated
