UFT 14.5 Installation issues

Hello,

I've been trying to install UFT 14.5 on my Windows 7 but it keeps failing. I ran it as administrator and i don't have restrictions on any folders. One of my co-workers was able to install it from his Windows 10.

Does anybody know of any issues with this install in Windows 7 ?

Your response will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Srilekha

Re: UFT 14.5 Installation issues

Susse,

Thank you for your response.

I couldn't get a screenshot but the error i keep getting is component registration errors. Starting from LRCrashHandler.dll

From the other posts, i have tried running the repair for prerequisites but that hasn't helped either. Again, this is only on my windows 7 machine.

Hope you have a suggestion in mind.

Thank you,

Srilekha
