UFT unable to connect license server

Hello,

I'm using UFT 12.54, with auto-pass license server 9.2.1.

When I open UFT, I have this message : Cf => Error.JPG

203.56.29.196 - The license server does not have a valid Unified Functional Testing license. For more information about installing a license server and concurrent licenses on your network, please refer to the Unified Functional Testing Installation Guide.

When I try to connect the license server, it is saying;

connection check succeeded.   Cf => Install 1 & 2 .JPG

I see my license is available Cf => License Validity.JPG

I testing my port 5814 if is bidirectional and it's OK.

I delete the windows and security update in my server but I have again my error.

Have you any idea why this error occurs ?

Thank you for your help.

Re: UFT unable to connect license server

Is that version of Autopass compatible with your version of UFT? I thought it needs to be at least version 10.

Re: UFT unable to connect license server

Yes the version of Autopass is compatible, because before it worked.

I turned off my pc on May 12, 2019 and May 13 I have this error that appeared.

Re: UFT unable to connect license server

Hmm..If you're using concurrent licenses, there might not be one that's available for you.

Yes I use concurrent licenses.

We have 2 concurrent licenses and I'm alone to use.

Re: UFT unable to connect license server

Perhaps the IP of the autopass license server changed and it needs to be rehosted?

Re: UFT unable to connect license server

Have you looked at the license tools to see if they are locked\unavailable? Last time I used the tools was long ago, I think it might have been called LSMON. I might be wrong but I'm sure it was something like that.

Mark.

Re: UFT unable to connect license server

Since it suddenly stopped working, is it possible that 5814 is being blocked on the AutoPass server?

Are your other UFT users also unable to launch UFT and obtain a license?

Re: UFT unable to connect license server

The port 5814 isn't blocked on the AutoPass Server.

I'm the only one to use UFT. But we installed UFT on the other computer and we have the same error.
