hi,

Will you try 14.01 with all SAP addins, including the SAPWebExt, and Web addin? If that doesn't help, I wonder if you can provide more detail regarding the issue. What is the actual test object UFT recognizes against SAP SuccessFactor?

Thank you so much.

Are you running successfactor in a browser or in a windows client? From the spy result it seems best shot is that you try the "register new browser" approach and see if that helps you.

Please check details here: https://admhelp.microfocus.com/uft/en/14.03/UFT_Help/Content/Addins_Guide/Register_Browser_Control_Tool.htm

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

We are accessing Successfactor URL in IE 11 browser.

UFT version: 12.54

Thanks,

Rakesh

hi,

If the object recognized are WinObject, most likely it is an embedded application which is beyond Web area. Please kindly check the technology behind the application an see if it is supported by UFT.

At any rate, you are welcome to open a ticket to Microfocus support to have the issue investigated.

Thank you.

If this is the case, there seems something wrong with your web recognition, normally if the applicatin is opened in IE, you should at least get recognition result like "WebElement".

Please first make sure you have selected web addin, and then check if you are still getting the same result, check also on other website like google and share with us how UFT is recognizing the objects.
