Unable to Run UFT Automated Test Via HP ALM

I am facing this same issue on three different systems (Virtual Machines (VMs)).

 

System 1:

UFT Version: 11.5

HP ALM Version: 11.00

Operation System: Windows Server 2012 R2

 

System 2:

UFT Version: 11.52

UFT Patch: 00022

HP ALM Version: 11.00

Operation System: Windows Server 2012 R2

 

System 3:

UFT Version: 12.02

HP ALM Version: 11.00

Operation System: Windows Server 2012 R2

 

Problem:

I am trying to run UFT automated test cases via ALM. Both UFT and ALM are set to 'Run as Administrator'. In addition, I have a valid ALM connection in UFT which results in the ability to successfully run my scripts in UFT 'stand alone'. Furthermore, I have enabled the 'Allow other HP products to run tests and components' options via Tools>>Options>>GUI Testing>>Test Runs in UFT.

 

The following error message occurs when I try to run UFT automated test cases via ALM: "Unable to connect the test tool to the requested ALM/QC server."

 

I am facing the above problem exclusively with the following server account types: (1) domain accounts that have been given administrative privileges on the server, (2) local accounts that have been given administrative privileges.

 

Caveat:

I am able to successfully run UFT Automated test cases as the 'built-in administrator account' (i.e. Virtual Machine Name\Administrator).

 

Please Advise.
