Unable to launch UFT trial version
I am having trouble in launching UFT trial version 12.02. I have set up the licesne type and it showed me successful message on completion that license type set is successful. But When I launch again, it prompts me for the same set up and does not show me options like continue to proceed with launch. I have tried contacting HP support but they are asking for SAID which I have no clue where it will be. Any help in resolving this would be great. Much appreciated. Thanks in advance

The SAID is your Support Agreement ID. If your company has a support agreement with HP, then HP would've assigned your company an SAID. Whomever handled the contract negotiations for the company should have the information. That number is not incorporated into the installed products. You just have to get it from the contracts.
Show us images of how you set your license. Show us the error message you get.
