called action reporting not able access the results.xml file

hi,

i have a API test which called another existing action/test. test ran successfully and all check points passed but still the test is showing as failed with message as results.xml file is not able to access since it is being used by another process. and this situation is not happening all the time. i have attached my results screen shot here. can some one help on how to fix this problem.

I don't see the screenshot you said you shared. Maybe you forgot to attahc it. Can you please try and add it again? I want to see the error message to undertand the problem a little better.
