Re: how to load a huge excel file in UFT dataTable

Hello Amel,

The Excel sheet might contain some unsupported formatting causing the import to fail. You can try the methods described in https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM883046 and https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM324314 to clean the formatting and try to import it again.

There is also a size limitation regarding the number of sheets contained by the Excel file, does it have more than 258 sheets?

Kind Regards,

Hi Amel,

I hope you have a nice day!

Regarding your issue, does it happens with any Excel file with hidden columns, or just with a specific file?

If just with an specific file:

- Are you able to open and edit the Excel file without invlving UFT?

- And it is possible for you to attach the file on this post or send it to me on a private message? So I can check it.
