Not a very detailed question.  But have you tried using Windows Task Scheduler?  Since UFT needs to "see" the screen, you have to ensure your workstation does not lock.

If you are tring to schdule the script from ALM, ALM enterprise edition is having the Schduling option. You cangive a try.
