Dear customer,

Here are the supported browser type and verstion of Sprinter 12.20.

Internet Explorer: Version 8, 9, 10 (No support for Java applets), 11 (No support for Java applets).

Firefox: Version 17 ESR, 24 ESR, 31.x, 31 ESR, 32.x, 33.x

Chrome is not supported. An Enhancement Request has been submitted, its ID is QCCR1J65269, track its progress in the below link:
