< (UFT) support tip > Solution for the techinical issue - Cannot re-install AutoPass

Dear customer,

After uninstall, when you want to reinstall AutoPass, you might get the error message that the program already existing on the computer.

This is an known issue of current version. It will be resolved in future version which will release soon.



To resolve the issue, delete the folder"C:\Program Files\Zero G Registry" which should contain the file ".com.zerog.registry.xml".
