My name is Ruddy and i want to help you on this query, at this moment i'm not able to join a web session but  please feel free to create a new ticket is urgent assitance is neccesary.

According to the description i understood that you are having problems using UFT and Pega Application, i want to let you know that UFT does support for technologies, UFT does not support for applications. This means that we need to know the Application Under Test and all the details about the technology used to develop the application.
