Is it possible to use a newer than 1.2.5 Cucumber version?

I'm using Cucumber with Leanft in a project and I need to use some recent resources of Cucumber-JVM.

The Cucumber version Leanft is compatible was built 2016, as mentioned here (https://admhelp.microfocus.com/leanft/en/14.51/LeanFT_PAM.pdf).

Is there a way to upgrade Cucumber version compatibility?

Hi,

Currently LeanFT supports the Cucumber version mentioned in the PAM.

Still, if you want to upgrade to a newer version, you can edit the pom file. But there is no guarantee that all features from LeanFT's integration with cucumber will work.

Hi. Thanks for answering.

Would Leanft have a future release for allowing updating cucumber version?

As new Cucmber versions bring new capabilities and sometimes break backward compatibility we need to certify the new version.

Can you please open an Enhancement Request in the support system? Please indicate which version you would like us to support

Thanks,

Dror

Hi,

Here’s the SSO portal:

https://softwaresupport.softwaregrp.com/

You'll need to log in with the passport and edit the profile.

You'll also need your SAID and attach it to your profile.

Regards,

Anton
