UFT API support to GIM 2 archaic services

Jump to solution

Dear Team,

I am trying to automate webservice which is realted to our online banking services. Issue here is that these services were developed in early 90's which uses GIM2 messaging format to communicate with RE's /Ispec which runs on Unisys mainframe.

Please let me know would it be possible to use UFT API to automate this service.

P.S : These are basically common services ( archaic form of middleware services )

Let me know if you need any more information.

Hi!

Hope you are doing great.

I was trying to find for documentation or information related to this GIM2 messaging format but i was not able to find anything.

Below you may find UFT 14 (latest version) which explain all the support for this version.
