Add a UCMDB Health graph to the probe status page in CMS-UI

Currently in the CMS-UI we have the probe dashboard.  I'd rename this UCMDB Dashboard and add widgets for:

UCMDB Server - CPU, RAM, Hard Disk Status

SOLR Server - CPU, RAM, Hard Disk Status (combine if solr is embedded)

CMS-UI Server - CPU, RAM, Hard Disk Status (combine if CMS-UI is embedded)

CMS UI rocks for sure, but from my point of view it would be even better to see it at the main UCMDB admin UI.

I would add the XML enricher process to this health dashboard as well. Currently the only way to see the health of the XML enricher is to use the probe JMX console.
