Add option for SSH two factor authentication

This credential should allow for combinations of the methods.
SSH currently protocol supports following authentication options:
1. Password
2. Publickey
3. Keyboard-interactive

Currently it is possible to have multiple passwords using the Keyboard-interactive mode however there is no way to add in PublicKey authentication to this.

In heavily secured systems we can have both authentications leading to those servers being undiscoverable by UCMDB.
