Allow the ability to administratively control CMS-UI Home Widget Layout.

Idea ID 2764320

Allow the ability to administratively control CMS-UI Home Widget Layout.

We would like to see the ability to administratively set the Widget Layout for new users based on the roles/groups the user is associated with. Currently, only CMS-UI allows for what Widgets would be visible to the user and the new user would have to manually set up custom widgets / remove out of the box widgets (that may not be relevant to the user) from the home page.

I too have the same requirement.

  1. Clear OOB reports for all CMS UI users
  2. Use the standard layout for all CMS UI users
