Discover all certificates present on a server

Universal Discovery provides the ability to discover certificates that are exposed to the network by a webserver.

This is provided by the SSL Certificate Discovery by HTTPS job.

In addition we would like to be able to discover all installed certificates of a machine that can be found in the certificate store of Windows, Linux, AIX etc.

This should be provided by the Inventory Discovery by Scanner Job. Activated in the scanner config.

All data discovered with the existing Job should also be discovered with the proposed new functionality.

(e.g. serial number, issue date, expiry date, authority)
